Two weeks into juicing (seems much longer then that though) I feel great! Caffeine withdraws are gone! I’ve lost around 7lbs….seems like I should have lost less….but my clothes fit looser. My completion seems clearer too. I may have lost more weight if I exercised 5 days a week….however I’ve managed walking maybe 3 days a week. LOL
I’ve started to eat a few healthy foods but still primarily juice and water all day.
My cravings for junk food, sweets and soda are not nearly as bad as the first few days. I’m going to keep at it!!
Whole wheat pasta tossed in olive oil mixed with steamed baby carrots, broccoli, kale, and roasted garlic green beans sautéed in veggie broth, salt pepper and lemon juice. Top with Parmesan cheese!!! YUM!!! Healthy eating!
